Taste & Torque 🏁🔥

Today we had the opportunity to showcase our race car at the local Taste & Torque car show

It was such a great opportunity to showcase our sport and promote the sport we live and breathe. 🏁❤️ We had plenty of great questions, conversations and interest from people wanting to learn more about speedway and what we do.

We had an absolute blast meeting so many new people, sharing our passion and showing off the car!

• Thankyou and goodbye 25/26 season •

As the 25/26 season comes to an end, we just want to take a moment to say a massive THANK YOU to all of our sponsors, supporters, family and friends who backed our small grassroots race team this season.

Without the support from our amazing sponsors, none of this would be possible. Every lap turned, every meeting attended and every memory made this season has only happened because of the people and businesses who continue to believe in what we do.

Speedway is more than just racing for us it’s late nights in the shed, long drives, hard work and doing it all together as a family. We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who has helped us along the way throughout the 25/26 season.

Sydney Season Final - recap Saturday 16th 🏁

Last night wasn’t quite the season final we had hoped for, but we definitely can’t complain!

Heat one, we rolled out onto dummy grid only to realise we had no clutch. We still gave it a red hot crack thinking it may have just been stuck, but with no ability to change gears we basically rolled around just trying to finish for points. Once we returned to the pits, we found the clutch cable had actually snapped. Huge thank you to the Litre Lightning Sprint President for giving us the opportunity to fix the issue and head back out!

Heat two, we were still chasing clutch issues, this time with it slipping. Starting off pole definitely hurt us while trying to manage the problem, and we quickly found ourselves falling behind.

Come feature time, we still sent her! At that point we were honestly just hoping to finish the night straight, on a positive note, and load the car back into the trailer in one piece.

Unfortunately, we had to finish our night early and only run as a compact speedcar due to a family emergency back home. We hope everyone enjoyed themselves and made it home safely.

A massive thank you to everyone who has helped, supported, and encouraged us throughout the season. We appreciate it more than you know.

Time to regroup, reset, and come back bigger and better next season 💪🏁

BATTLE @ THE BOWL 2026

Compact Speedcars NSW are back at The Bowl this Sunday night for the 2nd annual Battle @ The Bowl.

We don’t see these 1000cc rockets here often, but every time they roll through the gate, they put on a cracking show.

We can’t wait to welcome them back for another huge night at The Bowl.

Spectator gates will open at 1,30pm both days, with racing from 3pm.

NSW Title Recap - 🥇

Happy Sunday everyone,

After reflecting on last night’s racing, we’re proud to say we came away extremely happy with our results.

Heat 1:
Starting from position 7, we were unfortunately caught up in an early incident that pushed us back to 9th. From there, we stayed focused, drove consistently, and worked our way through the field. Car by car, running the high line, we managed to fight back and take the win coming from the rear of the field to finish first.

Heat 2:
We started off the front row from position 2. Running in 3rd place, the race was interrupted by a red light situation and restarted in single file. We maintained position throughout most of the race, and following the withdrawal of the second-place car late in the race, we brought it home in 2nd.

Feature Race:
Starting again from the front row in position 2, in a strong field of 24 cars, the racing was intense from the outset with a little push and shoving. We held our ground through some tight racing early on. Settling into a rhythm, we ran comfortably between 10th and 12th. Unfortunately, due to multiple stoppages and race conditions, the feature was declared early, resulting in a 12th place finish overall.

We’d like to thank everyone who played a part in making the night possible, from our supporters and crew to the officials and fellow competitors. We hope all teams are working hard to repair their cars, and our thoughts are with the driver who was taken for medical assessment.
