Physical Culture, affectionately know as “Physie” is a set of exercises which includes standing floor routines, aerobic warm ups, basic ballet and modern dance professionally choreographed to modern music for various a
ge groups. Our choreography is designed to teach the relationship of movement to music, rhythm, coordination, balance and musical interpretation. This club has been active in Muswellbrook since 1995 and is part of the Bjelke-Peterson School of Physical Culture. Through its years, the club has competed in many competitions, and through the hard work of all those involved has been greatly successful wherever we have travelled. Through learning and participating in all aspects of Physie a strong sense of belonging is created; lifelong friends and fun times that are not quickly forgotten.
