📢IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT – UIPM RULE CHANGES (Effective Immediately)

Following the recent UIPM Board meeting, the following rule changes have now been confirmed and are effective immediately:

🏊 Swimming

• Distance reduced from 200m ➡️ 100m
• 5 points per second now applies at all levels (U13–Senior)
• U9–U11 remains unchanged at 50m

🔫🏃 Laser Run

• 5th shooting series added at the start of Laser Run
• Applies to Under 19, Junior & Senior
• No change to running distance

These updates form part of the new 2026 UIPM Rules & Regulations.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
Subsequent to the UIPM Board meeting, the following rule changes have been made *effective immediately* :
• Swimming
- Reduction from 200 metres to 100 metres
- 5pts per second at all levels (U13-Senior)
- Note: Swimming distance at U9-U11 remains 50m

• Laser Run
- Addition of a 5th shooting series at the beginning of laser run (no change to running distance) for Under 19, Junior & Senior
