I don't normally post up photo's of my training or what i do, but i just thought I would make time this morning to share one of my morning workouts, ( 2k row, 15 minute circuit and intervals on the treadmill for 1.5ks) That's a quick 30 min session! And great for all fitness levels as you can do it at your own pace. And what i had for Brekky...Granola, greek yogurt, LSA, kiwifruit and a green tea
My quote for the day is 'BELIEVE IN YOURSELF' which is something even I as a PT need to do a little more in my personal life and with my business!!
When it comes to training....I train twice a day, early morning cardio and in the evening i do Weights, Circuits, Boxing/Muay thai, or my favourite training style is “Cardio-acceleration' which is Resistance/weight training with 60 seconds hard core cardio in between sets...Cardio could be, fast toe taps, skipping, burpees, burpee box jumps, hill runs, running on the treadmill, body exercises.... last night me and my main man Bev just sprinted up my driveway a couple of times between sets of resistance box jumps between the next sets of resistance and skipping between the last sets so can be anything that gets your heart rate up and makes ya sweat!!
TRAINING MAKES YOU FEEL GOOD GET INTO IT!
