Our small group yoga lessons will provide classes for those interested in strengthening their physical, mental and emotional capabilities whilst finding overall wellness through breathing practices, gentle Hatha yoga and meditation practices.

Hi yogi friends

Next Tuesday will be yoga on the park in Oxley Reserve 1 to 2.30 for the ones that want to come along. Until a group is back to the normal 9To 10.30 am class.

Wendesday 6 to 7.30 night classes are coming back, we would be a small group as usual.

Please let me know if you can make it, to make sure that we all have plenty of room to stretch around.

It will be a good time to see each other, share, reconnect and gather around like in the old days. I can't wait to see you all.
