As we move closer to Winter Solstice, there is a natural invitation to slow down.
Not because we’re doing less, but because this season asks something different of us. Rather than constantly looking ahead, winter encourages us to pay attention to what is happening right here.
You’ll notice that has been reflected in our classes this week. Practices are becoming a little more spacious as we work with the quieter energy of the season and create opportunities to settle into ourselves more fully.
As the longest night of the year approaches, perhaps the invitation is simply to stop rushing. To trust that not everything needs to happen at once, and that there is value in allowing things to unfold in their own time. 💛
