Another round of the 2026 iRacing Pro Qualifying Series is in the books for Evolution Simsports! This week, our drivers headed to Cedar Lake Speedway to tackle Round 2 of the championship in the 410 Sprintcars, with both Henry Fenson and Lachlan Phillips delivering strong performances in competitive fields!

💙 𝗟𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗽𝘀 𝗥𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗮𝗽𝘀
Lachlan lined up in Split 4, competing against a Strength of Field of 5075. He wasted no time showing his pace around Cedar Lake Speedway, putting down a qualifying lap of 12.406 to secure an impressive 3rd place out of 21 drivers! Starting from the second row of the grid, Lachlan battled throughout the A-Main and brought the #17 machine home in 4th position, narrowly missing out on a podium finish.

A positive night for Evolution Simsports, with both drivers finishing inside the top seven of their respective splits! Henry's five-position charge and Lachlan's strong qualifying performance and top-four finish give the team plenty to build on. Next week Henry and Lachlan will be looking to carry their momentum forward and continue climbing the championship standings!

Another round of the TRL Super League is in the books as Evolution Simsports headed to Kokomo Speedway for Round 7 of the 2026 410 Sprintcar Series, With a Strength of Field of 3272, Lachlan Phillips took on a competitive field of 24 drivers around the challenging Kokomo Speedway.

💙 𝗟𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗽𝘀 𝗥𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗮𝗽𝘀
Lachlan kicked off the night with a strong qualifying performance, clocking a 10.248-second lap to secure 5th place out of 24 drivers. Starting 3rd in Heat 2, Lachlan maintained his position to finish 3rd, setting himself up for the night's A-Main. Rolling off from 8th on the grid, Lachlan was looking to turn his strong early performance into another solid result. Unfortunately, the night didn't go to plan, with a DNF bringing his race to a premature end and leaving him classified 10th.

Despite the disappointing finish, there were plenty of positives to take away from the night, particularly the qualifying pace and consistent heat race performance. 💪

The road to the iRacing Pro Series has officially begun, with Evolution Simsports drivers Henry Fenson and Lachlan Phillips taking on Round 1 of the 2026 Pro Qualifying Series at Port Royal Speedway! Both drivers faced some serious competition in their respective splits, with strong fields and plenty of challenges throughout the night as they kicked off their qualifying campaigns.

💙 𝗟𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗽𝘀 𝗥𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗮𝗽𝘀
Lachlan showed plenty of speed in Split 5, putting the #17 on pole with a qualifying lap of 14.917 against a 4837 Strength of Field! Starting from the front of the A-Main, Lachlan had a promising opportunity to kick off the series with a strong result. Unfortunately, his race ended in a DNF, leaving him classified 16th after starting from pole. While the result wasn't what the team was hoping for, the qualifying performance showed that the pace is there heading into the remaining rounds!

It's been a quiet week on the sports car side of things for Evolution Simsports, with the boys taking a break from official racing on the iRacing platform. While there were no official sports car races completed this week, the team remains focused on the season ahead, preparing for the upcoming weeks and looking forward to getting back behind the wheel! 💪

Sometimes a week off is just what is needed to reset, recharge and come back stronger. With plenty of racing still ahead, the boys will be looking to get back on track and continue pushing forward as a team.

Evolution Simsports is excited to announce that Lachlan Phillips & Henry Fenson will be taking on the 2026 iRacing Pro Series Qualifying Series, going head-to-head with some of the elite competition on the iRacing platform!

With the Qualifying Series kicking off on 21st September, both drivers will be looking to put their skills to the test, gain valuable experience, and fight for their place in the Pro Series Championship, which begins on 16th November.

💰 $25,000 Prize Pool Across Two Divisions!

The boys are looking forward to the challenge and seeing where they stack up against some of the best drivers in sim racing. It's going to be a tough road, but both drivers are ready to give it everything they've got!

Round 6 of the 2026 TRL Super League 410 Sprintcar Series took us to the Dirt Track at Charlotte for another night Sprintcar racing, with a strong 3971 Strength of Field and 27 cars taking part.

💙 𝗟𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗽𝘀 𝗥𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗮𝗽𝘀
The night started strongly for Lachlan, putting down a 12.347 in qualifying to grab an impressive P2 out of 27 cars! Unfortunately, the racing side of the night didn't go our way. Starting 4th in Heat 2, Lachlan recorded a DNF and finished 7th, sending him to the B-Main. Starting 6th in B-Main 1, it was another tough result with a DNF and a 10th-place finish, bringing Round 6 to an early end.
