Chris porter Personal Trainer I am currently undertaking my Cert' 3 and 4, though Fit College online studying. I am studying to improve my life and gain access to new opportunities.

I have chosen to study with Fit College because of the online study option, it really works with my busy life style. I have been training myself since the end of 2014, and have come a long way since then. I have learnt a great deal and met some amazing people in that time. By the time I have graduated I have hope to have part time work in the industry, where I can show people the joy of fitness. I

International Confederation of Registers for Exercise Professionals ICREPS, is a Global register for fitness professionals. However they do not directly register individuals, they register only the national registers of individual countries. They currently have registers in 4 continents and 10 countries. It's useful for fitness professionals looking to move to another country or go on a working holiday, and in turn if someone is moving to another country or going on holiday, but wish to continue with a PT the website can link you up to the register of that country if available.

Sports Dietitians Australia or SDA for short, is Australia's leading professional body when it comes to sports dietitians. They have been around since 1996, and have been putting their best foot forward ever since. Now today with over 500 member and a community of over 23k, I would say they have done a pretty good job. on their website they have loads of articles on sport nutrition all the way to general well being. They also how heaps of recipes and even a few books you can purchase on healthy eating, they can even link you up with a personal dietitian if needed. So if your diet is one thing you're having a bit of trouble with they're worth a look. here's their website https://www.sportsdietitians.com.au/.
