THANKYOU POST
South Burnett Blasters would like to thank the South Burnett Regional Council for there help with a grant to allow of dreams to come true Finaly. To have our own shirts & jersey's.

Today they were presented to all our team.
We would also like to thank Cr Heath Sander for coming along to present our players with their shirts on behalf of council.
A final thankyou needs to go to the staff & committee of Suncoast Spinners for doing all the leg work to make this day a reality as usual support the only rural Wheelchair Basketball team.

Unfortunately due to burst watermain outside the PCYC South Burnett over night of training session today has had to be postponed due to no amenities being available. Stay tuned for an alternate catch up date. Next training session will be 27th.

Over the weekend Lincoln, Pam and Sharon traveled to Rockhampton for the annual Rocky Bash. Lincoln playing in the Suncoast Spinners B Grade team and came home with Gold. Lincoln was shooting up and down the court and hitting baskets contributing to the teams success.
Pam played with the Rocky Regional team along side Kim and Megan from Suncoast Spinners. On sunday Rocky Regional were one man down when Sharon jumped in and supported the team to a grand final show down against the Suncoast Spinners team. It was a close game with Spinners holding out to take home gold and Rocky Regional the silver.

Everyone did an amazing job with lots of fun, smiles and blisters across the weekend.

Congratulations Pam and the Suncoast Spinners Blue team taking home Gold in the 3x3 Div 2 championship finals yesterday at Currimundi.
Well done to the Suncoast Spinners White taking home the Div 2 Silver medals.

Another amazing Saturday morning spent with our Sth Burnett Blasters Wheelchair Basketball family. Lots of drills & practice sharpening our skills. But best of all lots of laughs & social inclusion for all the team. Even Had a special visit from Ivy the therapy dog, along with Sharon & Nikki from Suncoast Spinners.Always appreciative of the support & encouragement.
