Huge shoutout to Desmond-John and Emily from Bundaberg Powersports. Not only was he the brains and the muscle behind getting Matt and Adam home when they came together at Packsaddle last week, but he has just kindly donated several thousand dollars worth of AED’s to the SXS Club of Australia, one for South Central region and one for Southern Qld region. What an absolute legend.

We have been speaking over the last few weeks about potentially purchasing an AED for club rides (thanks for the suggestion Patrick Dyson). This one seems to be a good option. Does anybody have any other suggestions or contacts to source one at the right price?

Massive shoutout to legendary photographer, club member, pre-runner and all around nice guy Ben Dubbeld for snapping these amazing shots at the recent Packsaddle Station Country trail ride. I asked him pre event if he could take a few snaps of the people on the ride, and he more than delivered. I owe you one buddy.

The far North West of NSW was once again the site of the annual SXS Club of Australia Inc. Packsaddle Station Country Trail Ride. The Packsaddle Roadhouse was home for the weekend as 34 SXS buggies and 49 club members from across the country took part in this epic fund raising ride, across 4 cattle stations and more than one million acres. Recent heavy rains meant the landscape was far different to what we were used to, with lakes we had never seen before and washouts big enough to swallow a Can-Am Maverick Max.
