Capo nationals done!

Was good to lift again over in Perth! Perth is where I did my very first competition at PTC back in 2013/2014. We have one more competition lined up for the year, juggling training and a busy toddler is next level! Hats off for all the dads and mums out there still crushing those gym sessions! 🏋️‍♂️ 💪

Chelsea and I recently welcomed our little legend Thomas into the world 💙👶

Life’s been full of late nights, nappies, and the best kind of chaos. Now that we’re finding our groove as new parents, I’m ready to fire this page back up and share the training, coaching, and gym content I’ve been building behind the scenes.

Remembering Brett Forte, this morning we got the gang together and completed the Iron Monger Barbell Hero WOD. Senior Constable Brett Andrew FORTE of Queensland Police gave his life on duty on 29th May 2017. The reps of each round entail Brett's ID number 40 14 70 41. RIP mate 🙏

Just a heavy boi working on some light stuff, 70kg x 8 on deadlifts followed by 5 banded pull ups, 5 sets was enough to cook me. Still weighing in around the 100kg so to hit pull ups without pain is a nice feeling.
