45 minute mat pilates classes designed to build your muscle groups and core strength. Beginner and intermediate classes available for a range of abilities, from gentle strength training to workouts that will challenge skilled athletes. Classes are held outdoors in the warmer months and inside at the Mundulla Hall during t

he Winter. First class is free to come and try, all you need to bring is a mat!
$15 per single class or buy a 5 class pass for $55.
