I’d like to give a shout out to the incredible women who have been part of the boot camp journey with me over the last 6 or 7 years.

Last month I made the decision to shut down our boot camp services so that I can focus on creating greater value for my clients moving forward.

It was a tough decision, as the women who have been part of it have been some of the most incredible women I’ve ever come across. I feel very fortunate that I’ve been part of their health and fitness journey over the years.

They have been some of the most kind, caring, ambitious, strong, giving, knowledgeable, intelligent, inspiring and hilarious women and they have truly shaped who I am today.

To these women (you know who you are) THANK YOU for being you, and thank you for your unending support. I am truly forever grateful to you. ❤️
