Little mickey asked me if he could polish my two tittle belts as they were looking a bit dusty, i thought he was joking until he rocked up at 630am with gumption and a rag. 🤣🤣

I absolutely love coaching kids its by far the most rewarding part of my job.
Kids classes used to be a real chore for me but that slowly changed as i got older and more patient.
iv come to realise what a privilege it is to be in a position to strengthen young minds and bodies.
My kids will be all grown up soon enough so having them participate in every class is truly special.
