Reception staff and instructors will be taking a break Saturday - Monday due to the public holidays.

No classes or sauna avail sorry folks. BUT, the gym will remain open 24/7 as usual for our members to get their workout in 🙌🏽

And incase you missed it, we are switching over to a NEW app called MyClub Fitness, and software system today making the member experience super streamlined - yay! If you’re wanting to sign up or make a booking, please hang tight! Things should be up and running by tomorrow 👏🏽

🔥 NEW CLASS ALERT: BOXING FUNDAMENTALS 🔥

We’re so excited to be adding Boxing Fundamentals to our Autumn timetable soon to be launching — a fun, full-body workout where you’ll learn proper boxing technique while building strength, fitness and confidence.

Even better… this class will be led by one of our own 💥
Karl — a long-time Transform Active member with an extensive background in professional boxing — is bringing his knowledge, experience and passion to the floor.

Expect a supportive, high-energy session where you’ll learn the fundamentals, refine your skills and get a seriously good sweat on 👊

No experience needed, just come ready to move and have some fun. Hand wraps and boxing gloves will be provided!

Spots are limited, so keep an eye on the timetable and book in early!

Our biggest timetable yet 🩵 is launching 5th January 2026!

We’re so excited to finally share our brand-new timetable — and trust us, it’s been worth the wait. After months of reduced classes due to the roadworks (thank you so much for sticking with us), 🙏we are coming back bigger, better and stronger than ever💪🏼

From 5th January 2026, you’ll have 30 classes each week to choose from across 19 different class styles — with something for everybody, every mood, and every fitness goal.

We’re also welcoming 5 EPIC new teachers to the Transform Active family, bringing fresh energy, new skills, and all the good vibes to the studio. Alongside the familiar faces you know and love, this timetable is all about variety, flexibility, and moving together as a community.
