CARAVAN PARK & BAR ASSISTANT / BAR STAFF
We are seeking a reliable, friendly and self-motivated team member to join our small team at the Mullumbimby Leagues Club and Campground.
This is a varied role offering approximately 15–20 hours per week, ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of customer service, administration, hospitality, cleaning and outdoor work.
Duties Include:
Cleaning and maintaining amenity blocks and common areas
Light groundskeeping and general park presentation
Reception and office administration duties
Managing bookings and guest enquiries using the RMS booking system
Assisting with bar operations, including serving customers and handling transactions
Providing excellent customer service to club members, guests and campground visitors
Supporting day-to-day park and club operations as required
Essential Requirements:
Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
Good communication and customer service skills
Basic computer skills and confidence learning booking software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable and professional presentation
Availability to work afternoon and evening shifts
Availability to work one weekend per month
Desirable:
Previous bar, hospitality or club experience
Experience using the RMS booking system
Grounds maintenance or cleaning experience
