Did you know we can use stretches to support our organs and systems in the body?
These are Liver & Gallbladder stretches. In Traditional Chinese Medicine these systems are responsible for many aspects of our bodies and lives, for example:
- Decision making and judgement.
- Courage and initiative.
- The length and quality of our sleep.
- Peripheral nervous system and muscular tension.
- Emotional feelings of anger & irritability vs calm & clarity.
- Physical coordination.
