Sometimes the mornings that feel the toughest, end up being the best. Crappy night sleep, hormonal headaches, and quad day lined up😳. Motivation is at an all time low, but dedication and commitment means I’m dragging my butt to the gym. And yes to massive PBs on the pendulum Squat….

75kg x 12, and just cause I thought I could….
