A massive Congratulations goes to David who has lost 10kg so far since training with PT DOM!!
"On the 29th of May I weighed 91.7kg so I decided I needed a change to get fit and healthy. So I started a program with Dom with a goal to lose 5-10kg in 12 weeks.
To this day I have lost 10kg and feel amazing. I couldn’t have achieved this goal without the amazing help of Dom. It definitely has been hard at times but he has been there every step to make sure I achieve my goal and been amazing helping me to make sure I do my exercises and recovery the correct way.
