As we come to the end of another year I just want to say a heartfelt thank you to each and every one of you.

Your commitment to your practice, your energy in the studio, and the trust you place in me make this space truly special. It has been a pleasure supporting your movement, strength, and wellbeing throughout the year, and I’m so grateful to be part of your journey and can't wait for 2026.

What a blast celebrating with you all on Saturday🎄Thank you for all your support throughout 2025. I can't think of a better way to wrap up the year than with a competitive trivia comp and group sing along 🫶🎉🍾

Well what an amazing experience. This retreat offered an escape from the stresses of everyday life and allowed each individual to reconnect with nature in the hot springs, rejuvenate their minds with Mindfulness and strengthen their bodies with Pilates all the while sampling the Vietnamese food and culture. Thank you to everyone that came you certainly made it a trip to remember 🙏🏻
