Mudgee Gulgong Wolves FC helps to facilitate, support and grow all local competitive soccer in the Mudgee, Gulgong, Rylstone, Kandos, Dundeoo, Coolah and surrounding areas. Soccer is a fun way for children of all ages to stay active and a terrific opportunity to develop sporting skills and an awareness of team play in a safe and friendly environment. The Mudgee Gulgong Wolves FC conduct a Mini Roo
s Program for our youngest members, a junior competition for children ranging from 5 years through to 16 years of age, as well as junior representative teams that play in Western Youth League competitions. In addition, senior men’s teams and senior women’s teams compete in Bathurst District competitions. For the Junior Competition, games are played in Mudgee and Gulgong, normally commencing at 9.30am each Saturday during the competition season. Western Youth League and Senior games are played on Sundays according to dates set down by Bathurst District Football and Western NSW Football. The club also offers opportunities for experienced young players to develop refereeing skills and obtain an official NSW Referee’s qualification. This is a great way for players to develop a better awareness of the rules of the game and develop leadership and management skills that will be valuable to them in many other pursuits. Mudgee Gulgong Wolves FC FC holds committee meetings on the first Monday of each month at the Glen Willow Clubhouse, commencing at 6.30pm. All welcome.
