Hey all, just a quick note that I'm out of action for a bit. Have had a bad kidney infection and landed myself in hospital with a 40.2 fever needing IV penicillin and antibiotics. On the mend but gotta take it easy for a bit so no group classes

Just in case you didn't know all the treadmills are back up and "running". Christmas time was rough for treadmills apparently... one of the big storms fried a fuse in one and someone snapped the resistance leaver off the curved track and kindly left it on the ground for someone else to deal with. New fuse and heavy duty leaver and all is good again.
