I stand by the saying “test not guess” and the biggest reason for this is you could be doing what you think is “all the right things” but it’s actually all the wrong things!!
What is best for one person, or what is good for gut health, doesn’t mean it’s best for you right now!!

Getting to the underlying issues FIRST is SO important so you actually know what is best for YOU!!

People waste months or years, waste money and end up more frustrated then ever because they are trying this recommended food or supp, then the next, and they STILL aren’t any closer to figuring our their symptoms or making any progress!!

This is why I am such a big advocate for “there is no one size fits all” there really can be no “this is the one way or the one food, supp etc” as EVERYONE requires their own, very personalised approach and protocol!!

I talk about this all the time because too often I see people taking advice from all these different people on the internet and trying to slap it all together when they have NO IDEA what they need SPECIFICALLY!! Which then leads to more wasted time, frustration, energy and money with NO progress!

This is why I use a very indepth and thorough intake process, to dive deep into your history, we look into all areas of life - diet, lifestyle habits, mindset, exercise, stress reduction, nervous system…, then we also look at the DATA!! When we then correlate everything, this helps me create an approach a that will work for YOU, because it’s been carefully designed for YOU!!

***over the 8 years, I ended up seeing many different naturopaths, a dietitian, had all the tests done, yet NO ONE could give me any answers apart from - you might be lactose intolerant, maybe also stay away from gluten, you just have IBS..

This is only HALF of the issues I experienced back 10 + years ago, I may continue the rest on another post, as well as what I have done to heal and how I help others heal also!

And this… This is why I am SO FKN PASSIONATE about what I do now…. this is why I’ve studied to be able to dive deep into people health and offer the tests that I know will help you find answers, and give you the right approach that works for YOU!!

If I can help someone who has or is going through what I experienced as prevent it from being 8 years of no answers and symptoms… then my job here is done!

Some random non aesthetic pics of food over the last week!! I always get asked what I eat, and tbh I don’t post it much because it’s not some fancy “macro friendly” recipe, it’s simple, great quality ingredients!!

This week was a nothing fancy, quick throw together nourishing meals!! If you’re looking for aesthetic food pics, you’re on the wrong page - but they are gut friendly 👌🏽

Start my day with bone broth on an empty stomach, and my supps 💊

I’ll always have a REAL MILK cappachino ☕️ with 1 sugar - I can’t believe I use to drink almond milk (I healed my “lactose intolerance) and I use to use stevia as the sweeter 🫠

Nothing fancy, don’t over complicate it!!

We buy our meat from

Sometimes breaky is something savoury - pulled beef, eggs and avocado etc, but mainly it’s something quick (with kids IYKYK) so I’ll have Greek yogurt with chief nutrition collagen protein with fruit
or
a smoothie with frozen banana, frozen blueberries 🫐- the real super food, kefir, raw milk 🥛, chief collagen protein 🤤🤤

Lunch is always left overs from dinner 🤤 or I’ll cook beef mince with some , add some avocado, or eat on sourdough 🍞

My slow cooked beef is one repeat every week, I have it with potato, on sour dough, with GF pasta and the kids LOVE it too!!

This is your general bandaid fix approach…
Except they are using the contraceptive pill and antidepressants now for every symptom as well!!

We do things differently!! If you’re experiencing a symptom, we want to get to the root cause, rather then using a bandaid quick fix approach a that is ignoring that fact that something in your body is out of balance!! When we ignore that symptom (sometimes we don’t ignore it, it GETS ignored by our “health care professional), then over time the next function will become our of balance, this is why when people come to me, they literally have a most of 5-10 + symptoms, and what’s even more crazy is when they fill out their intake forms, they actually realise they have even more symptoms but they’d learnt to love and accept them as their “new normal”…

If people continue to bandaid fix their symptoms, more symptoms will appear, your body sends these signals and messages to go “HEY, something is up, we need to change or adjust something”

If you want a different approach, if you want more from your life than feeling AVERAGE and just surviving each day, if you want to know how fkn great you should actually feel as a human, know what there are other ways to get ANSWERS and overcome your symptoms!!

I’m helping so many people get the answers they’ve been searching for, for literally YEARS, and have them noticing positive changes in how they feel within a few WEEKS!!

maybe we should tell your doctor this….

The amount of people who think they have to live with their symptoms of an irritable bowel, because they’ve had all the “usual” tests that’s the doctor will send them for, and they haven’t been able to find any answers… hence being labelled with IBS…

I’ve even seen people on socials talk about IBS like it’s a badge of honour… “oh I’m an IBS girly”, but this is NOT normal, it’s just very very common!!

Please spread the word to your friends and family, you get to have a better quality of like without struggle with constipation, without feeling so much discomfort, or being so bloated that you don’t feel your happy confident self, or fearing eating out with a list of food intolerances, or always checking for the nearest bathroom incase the unpredicted diarrhoea strikes again!!

I have a root cause approach, if I don’t find my clients an answers, my job is not done and I WILL find answers, I guarantee…

If you are at a loss, but KNOW you don’t want to continue to live a life not feeling your absolute best… as much as it may seem impossible for you to overcome your symptoms… it IS possible and your answers and symptom free life are closer then you think!!

Although we literally spend 24/7 together, whether it’s with the kids, on date nights, or working form our laptops and I never get sick of your company!

The amount of clients I’ve had come to me with “everything looks normal” but they feel like they are falling apart, struggling to get through each day 🫠

The way I interpret bloods is very different to doctors. We use different lab ranges (they use traditional - which is an average of al the sick people and they just want to see you scrape in just above the line), and I use “functional” ranges, which is where I want to see you THRIVE, not barley survive 😅

A doctor will also look at a marker in isolation, and recommend a medication based on that one marker, without also considering your diet, lifestyle habits, nervous system/stress etc… they also won’t correlate the markers to each other…

No one marker on its own, tell a full story, and I want the entire story.. not just the one marker that is out, I want to know WHY, because the WHY is what’s the answers lie, which is what’s your results are!!

You may be closer to the answers to your symptoms and feeling your best, than you think! I’m helping 100’s of clients collapse YEARS into weeks… you just need the right approach!
