Today's classes where all about regaining body balance and slowing down, the last few weeks classes have been intense. Today we executed some beautiful moves, in a beautiful studio with some beautiful souls. It's not always about the burn. Some of the best work we can do for our bodies is to slow down, move with precision and control, mobilise and breath. Aah love Pilates.
