I had a rough 2025, and this is what I’ve been doing myself to rebuild my belief and get back into manifestation. ✨

You don’t have to believe what I believe to work with me.
You just have to be willing to meet yourself where you’re at — without blame, bypassing, or spiritual superiority.

Real manifestation requires alignment, nervous system regulation, and sometimes deep subconscious work.
Not pretending, not forcing, not assuming.

Manifestation didn’t work
until I stopped trying to want my way there.

It worked when I aligned:
• nervous system regulation
• identity-level expectation
• discipline + embodiment
• subconscious work
• intuition over noise
• aligned action

That’s when my reality changed. People overcomplicate it but it’s not that complicated- often times teachings are misunderstood.

This is 1000x easier with a coach (a big reason you see people who work with coaches who do subconscious belief work create change crazy fast) but you’d be surprised how much can shift when you apply yourself 🤍

Most people think manifestation “doesn’t work” because they try to go too big, too fast after a hard season.

But you don’t need to manifest harder.

You need to manifest smarter and softer 🤍

This year was hard. Really hard.
But it also opened my eyes and my heart in ways I’ll never forget.

I learned the true meaning of surrender, of family, of being human.
And coming out the other side, I feel gratitude like never before … for health, for life, and for this beautiful little soul who joined our family. 🤍

I’ve had so many crazy, amazing manifestations come through lately… and it’s no accident.

I’ve been letting the universe lead, saying YES more and healing when I need it.

How it’s shown up? 👇🏼

Something as simple as wanting to bake a lasagna for our friends who had a baby but thinking, “When will I even find the time?”—only for them to end up coming over on the exact day I had space to make it, saving me a trip.

All the way to multiple podcast invitations, opportunities to host breathwork and inner power sessions for communities, and even running a free women’s event.

AND having new clients reach out right when I had a space become available for someone new to come in *hello divine timing*

But none of this is random. I’ve been doing deep inner work for years, and recently, I took it even deeper. Last year, I cleaned up my health so I could pour from overflow, and now… it’s happening.

This is why I’m so excited to bring ✨The Manifestation Blueprint✨to you—and what I have planned after.

Because my clients aren’t seeing results by mastering a rigid process. Their manifestations are flowing seamlessly by mastering themselves. That’s where my work is going, and I’m damn proud of it.

I had a vision to host a FREE in-person event this year. It was on my vision board, a deep desire in my heart… but I wasn’t sure when or how it would happen.

Then, out of nowhere, I was invited to run an International Women’s Day event. It felt like a YES from the Universe—until the event couldn’t go ahead anymore.

instead of feeling disappointed, I felt completely neutral. I knew something even better was coming.
