February, 2022

Our Beginner’s Classes recommenced on Sunday 6th of February. Places for the Course are full with people of all ages, which will continue to contribute to our family orientation and participation as a Club. 90% have come to us through the website and we can be proud of that.
Although Covid restrictions have officially gone for Community Sport, we are adopting a careful approach with QR code, sanitiser, inside limits and personal responsibility to each other.

Congratulations to two of our members on recent achievements:
To Andy Betts who at the recent Back to Archery Tournament earned his 1st place in the Veteran Longbow section. Excitingly, there were 824 archers from 53 clubs participating in the online national tournament. Also to Lachlan Barnes who was presented with his medal from our Club President for his 6 arrows, all in the gold, at 30 metres. Very impressive from one of our newest members!
