What a season! 🎾
A huge thank you to everyone who was involved this year — players, supporters, and volunteers. Your club spirit made it one to remember.

Proud to say Mount Torrens Bombers Tennis Club finished on a high, defeating Macclesfield Tennis Club 4 rubbers to 2 in the Div 4 Traditional competition 🏆

Couldn’t have done it without every single person involved. Already looking forward to next season!

Well done to Jimmy, Max, Matt, Grace and Alice on your win!

This week in less than ideal tennis conditions Doubles took on Onkas Tennis Club Yellow at Home and our Traditional team took on Lobethal at Charleston. The Doubles team put up a solid effort with 3 Sets going to tiebreakers.
With re-grading occurring throughout the association the Traditional team has been moved into Division 4 for the remainder of the season.

Our Doubles team invited our opposition to our club sponsor Mount Torrens Hotel after their matches and as you can see a good time was had.
We welcome all our opposition to join us post matches for some great hospitality.

Doubles Record their 1st win of the season!

This week we welcomed Katie, Ashton and Darren into the Doubles as well as Andrew and Michael in the Traditional team. Thanks goes to the regular players who were flexible with where they could play. It was absolutely stunning weather compared to the previous week where thunderstorms/heavy rain during play stopped our matches.

Doubles of Jimmy, Matt, Darren, Ashton, Ange and Katie recorded their first win in the Hills Tennis Association competition successfully winning 7 sets 58 Games vs Verdun 5 sets 47 games at Verdun. Regardless if we lost the final set 6-0 or not we had the day sewn up. Katie on club debut won 4/4 matches including playing with her son Ashton well done 👏🏻

Our Traditional side weren't as successful this week facing Aldgate at Mt Torrens.
Mt Torrens Bombers 2 matches 3 sets 35 games defeated by Aldgate 4 matches 6 sets 54 games.

Hopefully the upcoming week we will see some familiar faces return as well as our new faces with Doubles facing Onkaparinga Yellow at Home and Trad vs Lobethal at Charleston.
