Confit Pathways - Cobham Youth Justice Centre ⛓️

Last week the team from Confit Pathways - Joe, Vi, Hammy, Parksy & Brodie (BGFIT) delivered the Confit Pathways Program to the young people at Cobham Youth Justice⛓️‍πŸ’₯

Cobham Youth Justice Centre is located in Werrington, Western Sydney. This centre is the principle remand centre for males from the Sydney metropolitan area. 🏒

We kicked things off with an icebreaker to break down barriers and build connection. From there, we spent time getting to know the boys before running them through their fitness testing followed by real life talks from people with lived experience. πŸ’―

For us, this work is about meeting young people while they are locked up is about using fitness as the tool to build relationships, create trust and show young people that there are positive pathways available when they’re ready to take that next step and when they are released. πŸ™πŸ½
