Club members, there will be no training on Easter Monday. Training will resume on the Tuesday 7 April where both squads will train 4:30pm to 5:30pm until the end of April, when the club will close for Winter and reopen on the 1st of October.

We Need Your Voice!

Help Secure the Future with Year Round Community Access for the Mt Helena Pool.

The Mt Helena Pool closes again in early March, leaving our community without a community pool for most of the year. Heating and lighting the pool would finally allow year round swimming, lessons, seniors’ fitness, aquarobics, club training, and family recreation.

The Shire is reviewing future of aquatic facilities, and this is our best chance in years to secure a year round access to the pool in Mt Helena.

I’m raising vital funds for Perth Children’s Hospital Foundation, the Foundation on the frontline. Perth Children’s Hospital Foundation is the largest funder of Perth Children’s Hospital and the wider Child and Adolescent Health Service, after government. My efforts will contribute in transforming the healthcare of WA’s sick children so they can live their healthiest and happiest lives. This is not just a fitness challenge; it’s a chance to make a meaningful impact in the fight against childhood cancer!

🌭 Free Sausage Sizzle 🌭 after training 5.30pm on Tues 24th Feb. We would love to see all club swimmers & their parents/families attend. Volunteers needed to cook the BBQ, please let us know. Also, Swimming WA representatives will be attending our club committee meeting which will be held at 5:30pm at the pool on the 24th. Parents are welcome to attend the meeting . See you all there!

🏊‍♂️💦 Exciting News for Mt Helena Swim Club! 🧡💙❤

We are incredibly proud and grateful to announce that Mt Helena Swimming Club has been awarded a community grant from Bendigo Bank Mundaring!

Thanks to the generous support of Bendigo Bank Mundaring, we will be able to purchase and install new dive blocks for our swimmers. This upgrade will greatly enhance training opportunities, improve competition readiness, and provide a safer and more professional environment for our athletes.

These dive blocks will make a huge difference for our swimmers — from our youngest squad members learning race starts, through to our senior competitors striving for personal bests.

Community support like this is what keeps grassroots sport thriving, and we are so thankful to have Bendigo Bank Mundaring backing our club and our local youth.

This fantastic event celebrates **$5 million reinvested back into our local community**, and it’s shaping up to be a great afternoon out for families.

With food trucks, a sausage sizzle, kids’ activities, local performances, and a relaxed community atmosphere, it’s a perfect way to spend a Sunday afternoon while celebrating the organisations that support our community.
