Let’s talk about an exciting topic, “EXERCISE & MENOPAUSE”

The amazing thing about the body is its preserving ability and this is exactly what our aim is during and after menopause. As we age, we want to look good, and we want to be strong but the sad truth is we end up being weak and soft and risk falls and break our bones.

We MUST keep our bodies in good working order but if we don’t, we put ourselves in risk of disease, broken bones and weak muscles.

Why do we need to exercise?

We are exercising for our life and even more so, the latter years of our lives that we want to enjoy. So, what are the ingredients needed to keep our bodies in great shape for what’s to come?

It consists of two sessions of weight training weekly, 45mins/week HIIT and a good walk everyday. We also need to include mobility and balance work. Each one of these activities has its own benefits which added up means that you are helping yourself as you age.

Your diet has a huge impact on how well you sleep at night—and vice versa!

Here are a couple of tips for you that may help with a good nights sleep.
