Let the World Wait

In these quiet moments,
I find the beauty
hidden beneath the world's clamour,

a grateful heart,
an untroubled breath,
the quiet courage
to live this single moment well.

The stillness becomes a hymn,
the light a faithful companion,
and even silence
speaks with a tenderness
no words could ever hold.

I slow down,
and let the world wait,
for not every moment
needs to be chased,
not every answer
needs to arrive today.

I learn that peace
does not arrive
like a distant traveler.

Patient as the dawn,
it has been resting
between each heartbeat,
asking only
to be welcomed.

So I linger here,

not to escape the world,
but to meet it
with quieter eyes,

Morning Yogis 🧘🏻‍♀️ I have decided to take my own advice and “stop on my path as I journey through life and look around, see the beauty and just breath ”. I will take the time to smell my neglected roses. 🌹I will not be offering Thursday morning class in the future but still offer classes Monday, Tuesday and Friday at 10.00am and Monday at 6.00pm as well as Tuesday at 4.00pm. I also offer Chair Yoga and a class with weight lifters at Ragnarok Gym.
Yoga is a blessing, it keeps me healthy and strengthens my body and my mind. Balance is so important as well, not just for the physical body but the life you have built and the family and friends you have chosen and for yourself. Take time to value yourself as well . Namaste Jo 🧘🏻‍♀️🙏
