Hi I’m Ella! I am the owner and Athletic Development Coach of Atomic Development 👋

Atomic Development is a fitness and wellbeing service that provides coaching, mentorship, and personalised training to athletes in the Limestone Coast region.

My central motivation is to support athletes in the realm of fitness and wellbeing, to leverage their athletic development and sporting opportunities. I specialise in sport specific training and AFL skill development, using the latest training methods to create individualised programs to enhance on field performance.

Focus is on getting moving or getting fit - the choice is yours!

*Approx 30-45 minute session*
*Timed Running Intervals*
*Participants can walk/run at their own pace around running track*
*Guided by a coach & whistle*
