Term 1 begins on Tuesday 27th of Jan. We are SO excited to get back into the gym, set new goals and have a fun year of Cheer 💜

Want to give Cheerleading a go?

We have our Recreational Tumble Classes on Tuesdays. Athletes will build strength in their tumbling shapes, to form strong technique in their tumbles. Skills include: Cartwheels, Roundoffs, front / back walkovers & more!

Have you heard about our Learn to Cheer Class?
A recreational class on Wednesday nights where athletes will learn the foundations of Cheerleading in a fun and inclusive environment. This class will include a mixture of basic stunting, jumps and cheer dance.

Are you still looking for an after school activity?

Spaces are filling fast in our Recreational Classes 👀

• Recreational Tumble:
These classes are for athletes aged 5+ teaching body strength and control, athletes will learn foundation tumble shapes and tumble skills.

• Learn to Cheer:
The perfect beginner class suited for athletes aged 5+, athletes will learn the foundations of cheerleading. These classes are great for families who are not wanting to commit to a competition team.

We have had an incredible day learning from & ⚡️

Two incredible coaches with a wealth of knowledge.

With over 10 years of industry experience, Alex Gagliardi is a multiple National Grand Champion athlete & coach, Worlds Silver Medalist, and NCA attendee.

Alex specialises in developing strong, confident, & technically sound athletes through structured, high-performance training that prioritises technique, strength, and long-term athlete development.

His coaching approach is built on precision, discipline, & creating athletes who perform with confidence under pressure.

Lilly has six years of coaching experience & has spent over a decade as an athlete in competitive cheerleading, alongside seven years in elite gymnastics. Her time as an athlete gave her a strong understanding of discipline, teamwork, & performance values she now aims to instill in her athletes.

In 2024, Lilly had the incredible opportunity to travel to Canada to join the highly decorated Great White Sharks cheer team, where they achieved 2nd place at the World Championships & 1st place at the American Nationals in Dallas, Texas. That experience deepened her love for the sport & gave her new perspectives that she now brings into her coaching.

In 2025, Lilly coached a Level 5 Worlds team & focused strongly on tumbling, where she enjoyed exploring the physics of movement & helping athletes build confidence in their skills. Her passion lies in guiding athletes not only to become stronger & more skilled but also to grow as confident, resilient individuals both in & out of the gym.

An amazing opportunity for our athletes to learn & set goals for the 2026 season ⚡️
