In 2025 I put on 12 kilos of much needed weight but honestly it was a dirty bulk 😏 Iced mocha with ice cream played a big role and whilst it was delicious it was not ideal 😂 Locking in today on getting rid of the aches and pains with some healthier yet still delicious foods and some breathwork focused on alleviating the symptoms. This year is about being my healthiest in all areas and I’m here for it ❤️

Term one this year is 9 weeks 😊

My intention for this term is to focus on building muscle and gaining 5 kilos.
Our physical health is directly related to our mental health and honestly both have been pretty s**t for me these past few years.
I’ve learned a lot about myself and I’m grateful for the lessons but autopilot no longer serves me and prioritising me is my goal for 2025 and this next chapter of my life ❤️
I’m looking forward to smashing some goals and attracting the all the things that bring me joy and peace ☮️
Can’t wait to see you all and do what I can to support the healthiest happiest version of you 🥰👏🏽👏🏽

Breathfest 2025 - The journey begins and I’m so grateful to be here in Mexico 🇲🇽 ❤️
The last 5 years has been a massive time for me personally and I feel so blessed to have had the opportunity to dig a bit deeper and have a long hard look at the subconscious s**t I’ve been carrying all my life. It’s been tough and the depths of darkness was at times overwhelming and I’m so fu***ng proud of myself for trusting my gut and staying true to me. The best version of Niki J is yet come and I’m excited to get to know her ❤️😇 2025 time to thrive kids 👏🏽👏🏽
