🇦🇺 The Socceroos are on the big screen and the atmosphere is fantastic at Lilydale Eagles! 🇦🇺

Players, families and friends are enjoying an afternoon of football, hot dogs, popcorn and plenty of support for the green and gold. ⚽🌭🍿

A great example of what our club is all about – bringing people together and creating memories beyond the pitch.

Rodger really is the soul of the juniors program at the Eagles nest - make sure you give him a high 5 next time you see him, we wouldn’t have we do if it wasn’t for him ❣️

A tireless volunteer for the Lilydale Eagles Soccer Club, Rodger Taylor is the man who does it all.

An aptly appointed Junior Program Coordinator, Rodger pours his heart into the juniors – not only managing the program’s admin and uniforms, but also coaching the U14’s and running skill session for all ages groups.

Rodger cares deeply about the club and is always looking for ways to improve the programs that Lilydale offers. He embodies the very values of the club.

The soul of the Junior Program, Rodger is a worthy recipient of this week’s Club Legend.

⚽️ OVER 40 AND STILL THINK YOU’VE GOT IT? ⚽️
The Lilydale Eagles Masters are chasing a few extra players to help finish off a big season. We’re currently sitting top of the ladder, playing Friday night football, and backing ourselves to win the league — we just need a few more numbers to get us there.
Great bunch of lads, great culture, plenty of laughs, and still enough competitiveness to pretend the hamstrings are fine.

A HUGE thanks to Lani from Melbourne Run Coaching for spending time with our Under 13's last night and helping them to sharpen one of the key elements of their game...their running!

Our players gained so much from Lani's running knowledge, wisdom and upbeat energy, we can't wait to have you back next week to work with some other players from the club!

We’re so grateful for the passion, patience and energy each of our coaches brings to the club. Your commitment doesn’t go unnoticed, and our community is stronger because of you.
