Sure, it’s a great workout, but it’s about so much more than fitness.

It’s about bringing people together. Learning from one another. Sharing strengths, working on weaknesses, and stepping outside your comfort zone alongside your teammates.

HQ Build is all about breaking down the components needed for a bar muscle-up.

We’ll start by building strict pulling strength, develop bodyweight control and gymnastic capacity, then layer those skills together to help transfer into stronger, more efficient bar muscle-ups. The best part? Every movement is scalable to meet you where you’re at.

Olympic Lifting will focus on 3-position snatches, helping you improve consistency, timing, and confidence through each phase of the lift.
