This isn’t babysitting. It’s not just games.

It’s structured, high-energy coaching that gets kids stronger, more coordinated, and more confident in how they move.

We’re talking:

Strength and movement foundations
Coordination and agility work
Confidence in a group environment
Fun, fast-paced sessions that keep them engaged

Some kids walk in shy.
A few weeks later they’re competing, laughing, and moving with confidence.

That’s what it’s about.

This is .lysa lysa 🤍
She’s a support worker who spends her days looking after others. But a few times a week, she walks through our doors and does something just for herself.

She’s not here for any other reason than this. She wants her kids to grow up watching their mum back herself. To see her show up even when life is busy and the days are long. To know that looking after yourself isn’t selfish. It’s necessary.

And honestly, watching her on the floor, laughing with members, putting in the work, that’s exactly what this place is about.

We don’t just want people to train here. We want people to feel like they belong here. .lysa is proof that when you find your people and your reason, fitness stops feeling like a chore and starts feeling like something you actually look forward to.
