Jitsu is a ma

rtial art based on the traditional styles of Jiu Jitsu that originated and developed in medieval Japan. The core of the art comprises a system of throws, joint locks and strikes. Based on the principal of using an aggressor's energy to their own disadvantage,
Jitsu skills can be used by men, women and children
to counter aggressive situations ranging from unwanted harassment to armed physical assault. Suitable for ages 6 and up with all levels of physical fitness and abilities.

Ok have confirmed dates from PCYC.
These dates will not change 😬
At least it is good news. Our first jitsu class will now be this Thursday 2nd July at 6pm. Judo will start the following Tuesday 7th July 6pm. Sorry for the confusion with the dates looking forward to seeing everyone.

Hi everyone I have some bad news. The PCYC are re-evaluating the start dates for jitsu and judo.
We currently have a tentative date of Thursday 23rd July and Tuesday 28th July for judo.
If you are a current member of Mount Druitt PCYC. The club will personally contact you with verified start date
