2 training nights are currently available Tues and Thurs 6.30-8.15pm and Sat and Sun 1 on 1 and 1 on 2 sessions available via appointment. Beginning Tues 8th Jan 2013 NEW Light Boxing Classes from 6.30-7.30pm with Senior Classes following from 7.30-8.30.
Boxing Gear including Gloves, hand wraps and gym wear is via Ray Freeman. Orders of Saints Gym Wear are to be made via Ray Freeman. Saints Boxing will ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all new members male and female and strive to advance all students as quickly as committment to training allows. Saints Boxing will offer opportunities to students looking to advance though Saints Boxing will never condone pressuring of people to fight or become fighters like other money focussed organisations. All funds generated through Saints Boxing will be re-invested into Saints Boxing and Leagal Muscle facilities as required. Initial introductory sessions are complimentary. Ray Freeman: Saints Boxing Founder and Head Trainer is a former NZ Professional Boxer and Muay Thai Veteran. In Muay Thai 'Suger' Ray Freeman or otherwise known as in Boxing 'The Enforcer' Ray Freeman's career spanned between 1995-2004 representing several well known gyms including Bishops Muay Thai Kick Boxing Waikato, Storm Force Gym Hamilton , Balmoral Lee Gar Auckland and also fighting out of his own corner on several occasions. Ray was the Premier Fighter most notably representing Bishop's Gym and Waikato for a number of years as Hamilton's only regular fighting professional in both Boxing and Muay Thai. Ray's Fighting career including bouts with many top fighters of the time and numerous NZ Title Championships. Ray's modest fight record combined Muay Thai and Boxing stands at 37 Fights for 25 Wins 11 Losses 1 Draw 9 KO's. Ray has also both fought and trained at a representative level in the K1 arena both in Australia and New Zealand. Ray is also the Founder of established and well known New Zealand based Boxing gym Mean Hazb33nz Boxing.
