Possibly the greatest part of my job - the privilege of being able to look after so many mumma's movement journeys during their pregnancy, through to delivery & facilitating postnatal aftercare, building back strength & regaining confidence post birth.

And the best part - all the gorgeous cuddles I get whilst mum gets to move her body! 👶
