Course Closed this weekend.

The amount of rain and water still sitting on the course has made the greens unplayable, and there is a danger of damage to the course surfaces.

No competition today. Monthly Medal will be played next week on 12th September.

Saturday's results of our President v Captain - AGGREGATE STABLEFORD MATCHPLAY competition saw 57 starters.

Good individual scores of 37 for Ross Rynehart and 35 for Peter Hertzog. The winning pairs in the aggregate stableford were not surprisingly, Ross Rynehart & Allan Retallick with 70 points, ahead of Rick Biesboer and David Browing with 66 points.

The Matchplay component was not as close a competition. For the Captain's side, Hertzog & Randall defeated Drew & Cariss; Rynehart & Retallick defeated Short & Church; and Campen & Greenfield defeated Campen & Jelbart to make it three matches to the Captain.
However, for the President: Gerardson & Redmond defeated Gallagher & Gallagher; Hall & McMahon defeated Wilson & Wilson; Etherton & Williams defeated Henning & McNaughton; and Browning & Biesboer positively thumped Dilley & Selway, 🤔making it a comfortable win to the President 4-3.

Thank you to all members and green fee players who are taking care getting around our wet course and not digging up the mud or surrounds. Keep up the good work.

Saturday 29 August will be Captain's choice of competition - based on the state of the course and such. Muster at 11:45 for 12:00 start, and we can start earlier if we're ready to go.

Saturday's results of our STABLEFORD competition saw a win by a countback. With both players scoring 36 points on a damp course, Stuart Cariss was the winner over Dave Browning.

Saturday 22 August will be an AGGREGATE STABLEFORD event at 11:45 for 12:00. Sign up and play in pairs, your stableford score for each hole is added together for your team score. Good opportunity to have a side competition too! 🤔⛳️

Saturday's results of our PAR competition saw a pretty good win by Ron Gallagher in the positives. Well played on a damp course, but at least the sun was shining.

Yesterday's rain was quite heavy, so we ask all players, members and green fee payers, to take extra care moving around the course. Use sand buckets to fill EVERY hole, and don't dig up the surface with your wheels.

This Saturday is a STABLEFORD event at 11:45 for 12:00, so come and enjoy.
