School Holidays are here and they are looking very full!

If you have made a booking with us and you are unable to attend please remember to cancel. There are plenty of people waiting in line for a place in Creche!

Please note that if you have a permanent booking with us, failure to cancel 3 times will result in your permanent spot being cancelled.

If you have missed the session cancellation cut off time please contact us by calling the gym or messaging us here.

Please note that our Creche is getting busier!

We already have large numbers of children on our waitlists for the 9am and 10am sessions most days, if you are booked in and can no longer make it to the gym,

PLEASE REMEMBER TO CANCEL YOUR BOOKING WITH AS MUCH NOTICE AS POSSIBLE!

Cancelling your booking allows people on the waitlist plenty of time to get here! If it is within the hour before your session starts you will need to message us through this page to cancel, as some people may still be able to attend.

If you are on the waitlist, please DO NOT just turn up hoping for the best and remember that all children under 10 years of age must be booked into Creche. If you turn up and we are booked out you may be asked to leave and return later when there is space.

Has the idea of venturing out of the studio classes and into training on the gym floor always seemed scary or overwhelming to you?

Kristy, one of our fabulous trainers, is running her Gym Floor Foundations program to help you learn the in and outs and help build your confidence to train in all areas of the gym!

Sara, one of our Creche mums, who has already completed the program says:

‘Kristy is amazing at helping you feel safe and comfortable. I was a complete novice to the machines and she explained and demonstrated everything in such a positive way. I definitely recommend it!’

We will be CLOSED, Monday 6th October, for the public holiday.

There will be no Creche, classes and the Gym will be unstaffed but you are most welcome to still come in for a workout!!

PLEASE NOTE!

We have had increased instances of people coming along outside of their booked session times.

Our session times are as follows:

Session 1: 9am - 10.15am
Session 2: 10am - 11.15am
Session 3: 11am - 12pm

Please ensure you are aware of the start and end times of your booked session and drop off and pick up your child accordingly.

Feel free to chat with Creche staff if you need to arrange crossing over into other sessions.

Sessions are set to specific numbers to ensure correct staff:child ratios, if you attend outside your booked times you may be asked to wait in the gym foyer until your session begins. This is particularly important in school holidays when our sessions are often fully booked.
