Monroe Golf Club had 12 members (3 teams) represented at the 11th SA Group 4 Clubs Championships held @ Victor Harbor. Although there was some disappointment with the teams being broken up our members went out to enjoy the day in what was predicted to be wet and windy - windy it was but only a very light couple of drops of water not rain were felt and as always the course in great condition.

MGC has generally down pretty well at this event and once again our club was in the spotlight with multiple winners in long drives, nearest the pins, graded winners and the big won - the Champions for 2017... A huge well done to Jim (35), Gary (43), Matt (35) and Chris (23) for a team score of 137, congratulations guys.
