With not enough hours in the day, it’s time to find my lovely little Furst Love mare ‘Lily’ her new person.
Lily is a talented, kind-hearted mare with quality movement and plenty of engine.
I’ve competed her with success at official Elementary dressage. She has three naturally expressive paces and a very willing attitude.
She has had a quiet last few years as I have been focused on getting our home bred mare to Small Tour. I put off parting with her during that time, but now with another home bred horse to get started, it’s time for Lily to shine in a new home. She has been in full work all this year, and is ready to go.
Lily is forward moving, light and responsive to the aids, making her a rewarding ride for a confident and capable rider. She is a sensitive soul and I would want to see her matched with a kind rider who can give her support when she needs it (if a Teradactyl suddenly appears on the arena, she may need a moment to remember she’s absolutely fine and can go about her business!).
She takes confidence from her rider and thrives with calm, consistent guidance, allowing her talent and work ethic to truly shine.
Lily is a very gentle girl, a beautiful person, not marey at all. I don’t think the “ears back” setting was installed upon manufacture - I’ve never seen it!
This is a much-loved mare seeking a home where her abilities and affectionate nature will be appreciated and nurtured.
She is very easy to handle, clip, shoe, float, stable. Paddocks alone or in company.
