Elevate Soccer Development Sessions are back for 2026!!!

After the popularity with our players that took part in the program last year we've decided to open them up to all players in the hills, and they are completely FREE!

Sessions are run by Football SA Regional Development Centre Head Coach and MBUSC Junior Technical Director, Jonathan Betts

Sometimes you can tell when someone isn’t quite themselves. Sometimes you can’t.

That’s why todayis a good reminder to check in with the people around you such as your teammates, your coach, a friend, a parent, or someone you simply haven’t heard from in a while.

It doesn’t have to be a big conversation. Sometimes just asking “Are you OK?” and genuinely listening can make a real difference.

And if the answer is “not really”, you don’t need to have all the answers. Just being there can mean a lot.

INTRODUCING GROWHER GAME. 💗⚽

Mt Barker United SC is proud to introduce a brand new female-only soccer development program for girls aged 10–14.

And it's completely FREE.

GrowHER Game is about creating an environment where girls can play, develop, learn and grow, both as soccer players and as young people.

Our approach is simple:
✅ Develop the player.
✅ Support the person.
✅ Grow the game.

Alongside soccer development, players will explore areas including nutrition, training, goal setting, confidence, wellbeing and more, giving them the tools to thrive both on and off the field.

Most importantly, GrowHER Game is about creating a fun, inclusive and supportive space where every girl feels like she belongs.

This is more than soccer.
