I help males and females, aged 20 - 45, limited by experience or injuries past and present, get in to the gym to build strength and body resilience where they have previously failed, in an unconventional way without the risk of re-injuring and causing further set backs previously holding them back from achieving strength and desired physiques.

Would not recommend- if a person has been scammed previously, surely this type of 'business' can understand people's hesitation at not being scammed again.
If someone wishes to ask questions and ensure what they are going to engage with is legit- and being more dilligent than they were prior to being scammed, a proper business would be understanding and empathetic, not rude and claim someone is asking too many questions as though it is an interview.
My personal page was then blocked from being able to engage further so this tells me to steer clear with this attitude.

LONG TERM PLANS = LONG TERM RESULTS 🏋

Not just your 6/8/12 week weight loss challenges

Get the right people in your corner-

Know the principles of training, programming and nutrition as well as being on top of your mindset?

Get a personal trainer to put you through a session here or there for that push (Hot tip- they don't owe you a free program, building a program takes time and time=💵)

Not sure what you're doing, need accountability, need a plan (a.k.a a program), need help reviewing dietary choices (and assuming you don't need a dietician dial in), need to learn technique PROPERLY?

Hire a coach (for more than a few weeks or a few months, this Sh*T takes time people) and LISTEN to them, ensure it's a two way street, ensure you build each other's trust by having open communication.
Get a plan (program), show them what you eat, talk to them about mental hurdles, give them your biofeedback, help them to help you.
And most importantly, be REAL and HONEST with YOURSELF about how you're doing by how much effort you're putting in and where you're placing your priorities.

AND if you find coaches expensive but you spend on- 💵coffee/ brunch dates, 💵tattoos, 💵expensive makeup/ beauty items (I'm talking lashes, brows and nails for the most part), or you 💵 randomly buy stuff for instant gratification, then you're priorities are misplaced.... just sayin 🤷‍♀️
(Disclaimer- I know the economy can have a bearing on financial capacity to invest in one's self, but coaches will have different packages to help people as best as possible. After all, we have bills too and this is our career!)

Starting out?

Lasting change won't happen overnight. Take it from someone who has worked with numerous people of numerous ages, AND continues to go through their own journey.

The first 6 months are challenging, but so worth it if you're ready to commit and do the work. If you're still gathering information, still contemplating if you should make changes then this won't be for you.

My job is not to convince someone of the need to change, it is to be there to help someone make the changes for themselves. Just as I had to learn.... the hard way.

You will stumble, you will fall, you will want to quit. Support will be key to get through. I'm not going to tell you to be drastic in your changes, I'm about sustainability and longevity for this lifestyle creation. EVERYONE has capacity to make the changes WITHOUT:
- Quick fixes
- Fad supplements
- Fad diets
- Stupid 'toning', 'snatching' routines

STRENGTH is about pushing yourself physically AND mentally, even on the days you don't feel like it.

Do the physical work, do the mental work. You'll thank yourself when you look back at how far you've come.

I have been working on me, my mental health, my physical health and quality of life and I have chosen to share that with so many of you. To give lived experience and normalise that this s**t can be hard, but it is oh so worth it in the end.

It's simple really- if you're sick of being in pain, look for a LONG TERM SOLUTION.

I've said it before, whilst massage, physio, chiro etc have a place, if you're not doing things to compliment those treatments, to strengthen your body, improve stiffness/ soreness through weight training, you'll be forever going back with no resolve.

Get targeted treatment, specific programming and apply the principles of progressive overload to rectifying pain in the body.

INVEST in a program as well as coaching to help you on your journey towards a better quality of life- physically AND mentally.

Kinda like Vital Balance 😉

If you're serious about your long term health and doing things properly- this program is a great entry point for you!

Ugh! I HATE check ins, they're so boring and I have to THINK and take time to do it!

Ever caught yourself saying this?
A couple of things may be happening:
1. Your coach's check in process sucks
2. You don't like being honest with yourself and aren't comfortable to share it with someone else.

We are aiming to make some big changes not just with body composition, but how you see yourself in the process of your journey.

If you are doing things for aesthetic or external reasons that deep down, you know aren't healthy, you will repeat the cycle of self-sabotage and any results you get, when you're triggered, they won't stick.

Take it from someone who has worked with numerous clients and seen many things, along with personal experience.

Coaches are here to help, but we're not just 'Ra- ra' cheerleaders- that doesn't help all of the time. We want to challenge you to BE who you WANT to be, which means doing things DIFFERENTLY.

BE the person you see yourself becoming (habits, mindset, decisions made)
DO the things necessary so you can
HAVE the life and outlook you want to have

My client base is a diverse range of women from many walks of life-

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦Mothers
👩‍🦳Grandmothers
👷‍♀️Young workers
🤕Some with long term health issues
👩‍💼Busy CEOs
👩‍🦽Some with long standing injuries

At each consult prior to agreeing to work together, we need to establish the priority level placed on this journey. It's all well and good to have accountability for a session booked, but what about the other sessions required, the nutritional component, the weekly/ ftntly check ins, the biofeedback etc?

If there is a lack of desire to do this, then we will run into problems. I want to help those who want to help themselves. I cannot make anyone do anything and I'm not here to convince you.

How we place value on things is going to determine our follow through actions.
If I did not place value on what I do as a coach and only focused on gaining income, my clients would leave pretty quick because I'm not doing my part to HELP them achieve desired outcomes.

Same goes for your values. If you value your work/ wealth source, over your health, work will always come first. In some instances there is the need to work but in the end, if you treat your health like an important appointment a few times per week, the routine and habit develops.

Prioritising your rehab and mobility over just going in and doing endless cardio or jumping straight into weights, will leave you far more successful LONG TERM rather than getting injured or not actually getting stronger or losing weight because you prioritise the least helpful/ effective method.

So play with this little exercise and see where your roadblock might be, then work out how you're going to move through it and start to schedule your life according to the person you want to be rather than the person who remains stuck.

🌶You only FAIL if you STOP TRYING.

🌶LEARN from your mistakes- don't repeat them.

🌶Rehab is a phase that challenges you. But it is a necessary phase.

🌶Training is for life and a necessity for longevity, quality of life and enjoyment.

🌶Stop using the excuse 'I'm old' to validate yourself for being lazy and not working on improving your quality of life, moving away from pain and actually enjoying a healthy lifestyle.

🔥One day at a time. One step at a time... just don't stop moving forward.
