✨ **Week 7 - The Final Week of our Winter Chakra Series: Sahasrara, the Crown Chakra** ✨

Over these past six weeks we've journeyed from the root all the way to the third eye — grounding, flowing, igniting, opening, speaking, and seeing inward. This week we complete the circle at Sahasrara, the crown — the space of pure consciousness, integration and connection to something larger than ourselves.

This week isn't about doing more or pushing. It's about integration and letting everything we've built over the last six weeks simply settle. A beautiful close to a beautiful journey together🙏

🌌 **Week 5 of our Winter Chakra Series — Vishuddha, the Throat Chakra** 🌌

Over the last four weeks we've grounded into the root, softened into the sacral waters, tended the fire of the solar plexus, and opened into the heart. This week we rise into Vishuddha, the space of ether, truth and expression.

Having opened the heart last week, we now make room for what wants to be spoken and just as importantly, what wants to be truly heard. This week's practice softens the throat, neck and shoulders, creating safety for our own voice to be honoured.

Over the last three weeks we've grounded into the root, softened into the waters of the sacral, and tended the fire of the solar plexus. This week we rise into Anahata — the space of air, openness and compassion.

Fire needs room to breathe, and that's exactly where we're headed this week — into the chest, the shoulders, the upper back, making space for the heart to simply be seen. Nothing to force, nothing to prove — just the quiet practice of opening.

🔥 **Week 3 of our Winter Chakra Series — Manipura, the Solar Plexus Chakra** 🔥

Over the last two weeks we've grounded into the root and softened into the waters of the sacral. This week we move into Manipura — the seat of fire, will and personal power.

Where water asked us to flow, fire asks us to gently ignite. This week's classes bring a little more activation through the core, building confidence and reconnecting with our own inner strength — without needing to force or burn out to get there.

✨ Samana — transforming, absorbing
✨ Udana — rising, clarity
✨ Vyana — circulating it all as one

✨ This week in class we’re diving into the Pranamaya Kosha — the energy body. The layer of you that is literally alive with prana, with life-force.

Did you know that our emotions don’t just live in the mind — they live in the breath? Every experience that wasn’t fully felt or expressed gets stored as energy in the body. And the most powerful tool we have to move that energy? ……The breath!

This week we’ll be flowing, building heat, and then dropping into some deep Cosmic Breathing — a series of pranayama techniques that work directly on the subtle body, tone the vagus nerve, shift the nervous system, and create the conditions for real transformation at the cellular level.
