To plunge, or not to plunge? ❄️🤔
The cold plunge is the “it” trend of the decade, but if we’re being honest: it’s not for everyone, and it’s not for every goal.
Lately, we’ve heard a lot of hesitation—especially from our female members—regarding cortisol. It’s a valid conversation! And a few researchers have highlighted how “added stress” can impact women differently.
