Big congratulations to our incredible gym member Julie, who once again dominated the NSW State Weightlifting Championships, taking home the win in her age group! At 66 years young, Julie is a shining example of dedication, strength, and passion for her sport. Over the past 2 years, she’s been an absolute joy to have as part of our gym family—always giving her all in every workout and inspiring everyone around her. We’re so proud of you, Julie!
Next up, she has the chance to represent Australia at the World Titles in Singapore later this year—how amazing is that? At our gym, we welcome people of all ages and abilities, offering a scalable and supportive training environment. Julie’s success shows what’s possible when you commit and show up. Not everyone will agree with me, BUT…

Incorporating strength training into your routine is one of the best ways to achieve a full-body transformation and feel your best as you approach 40.

Why?

Because too many people rely only on cardio and miss out on the incredible benefits of building muscle, like a boosted metabolism, stronger bones, and better mental health.

Strength training is a cornerstone of what I coach my clients on, and it’s why they’ve been able to:

If there’s ONE thing you can do to achieve a full-body transformation or feel fitter and healthier approaching 40 than ever before...

It’s to change your beliefs around what you think is possible for you.

This mindset shift is more powerful than any diet, workout, or supplement – it’s the foundation for everything.

Because when you believe it’s possible, you’ll find a way.

I’ve seen clients achieve things they once thought were impossible…

Like clients who never imagined sticking to a clean eating routine, now effortlessly avoiding processed foods…

Or clients who’d never been consistent with workouts, now lifting weights they never thought possible in just a few months.

They didn’t start off believing they could do these things…

Everything changed when I made fasted cardio a non-negotiable part of my morning routine!

Most mornings, I like to mix it up – twice a week, I’m spinning on the stationary bike with my members, which is an awesome way to connect and get energized together. On other days, when I’m solo, I switch things up between different cardio machines, or I’ll throw in some skipping and boxing to keep it fresh and challenging.

This routine not only gives me the physical boost but also that mental clarity and focus to tackle the day ahead. It’s my time to get centred, energized, and ready to take on whatever comes my way.
