The Middle Harbour Amateur Sailing Club has raced centreboard dinghies from its premises at The Spit for over 50 years. Our club caters for all levels of sailing, from novice to sailors with a high level of skill. On the water the racing is keen, with the starting and finishing of the day’s racing being done by each member on a roster basis. Off the water, the club atmosphere is relaxed and congen

Racking fees are moderate. The Club would particularly like to thank Rob McMillan of NB Sailsports and Brian Conolly of Zhik for their support.

The Masters Nationals at Port Stephens have just wrapped up. Four great days of sailing and a large MHASC contingent here to test their mettle on the water. Congratulations especially to Bruce, who won the GM category and came 2nd to Jon Emmett overall, and to Vai who was 3rd Apprentice. Special mention goes to Sean, who lost out on 3rd in the GM 7s by one point and sailed some outstanding races. And of course well done to Andrew on nabbing the encouragement award!

A grey day but despite the wind putting on quite a show it turned out to be pleasant sailing on Middle Harbour.
